Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 unit Lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. Heat a saucepan on low heat.
  2. Add all ingredients to the pan and stir until well mixed.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the color changes from bright orange to light brown.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Serve on toast, with fruit, or store in a jar in the fridge for up to one week.
