Paleo Apple Tart

The crust
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine apple slices, lemon juice, arrowroot powder, honey, and cinnamon.
- 2. Arrange the apple mixture on top of the uncooked crust, forming a circular pattern.
- 3. Layer additional apples over the circle and in the center.
- 4. Cover the tart with tin foil and bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes, until juices are bubbling.
- 5. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- 6. Serve the tart warm.
