Instructions
- If using a food processor, place all ingredients in the processor and pulse to a semi-smooth consistency.
- If using a knife, chop parsley, cilantro, chives, shallot, and garlic, then combine in a medium bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil to the bowl and mix well.
- Serve immediately, use as a marinade, or store in a jar for later.
