Instructions
- Mix almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Toast the oats in a skillet over low heat until golden and fragrant, then add to the almond butter mixture.
- Toast the sliced almonds in the skillet until golden, then add to the oat mixture along with cherries, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly, using hands if necessary.
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Melt coconut oil and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, then pour over the oat mixture and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, cacao nibs, and hemp seeds.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into 16 squares.
