Easy No-Bake Almond Butter Oatmeal Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix oats, flaxseed, and salt. Add almond butter and maple syrup, mixing until thick.
- Press the mixture evenly into the lined baking dish using wet hands.
- Melt chocolate chips and remaining almond butter in 20-second increments until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the bars and spread evenly. Top with crushed almonds if desired.
- Freeze for about an hour until chocolate is hardened, then slice into 16 bars.
