Easy No-Bake Homemade Energy Bars with Oats

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add dates, almonds, oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt to a food processor and process until the mixture sticks together.
- Add chocolate chips and pulse until evenly mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined baking pan and press down firmly.
- Chill in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer, transfer to a cutting board, and cut into 12 pieces.
