Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats and sliced almonds.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey, coconut sugar, almond extract, and salt.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until all oats are coated.
- Add sprinkles and mix well, using your hands if necessary.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and press down lightly.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely for at least 30 minutes before breaking into clusters.
