Crockpot Sesame Chicken

Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, and sriracha together.
- Place chicken and onion into a large crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cook on high for 1.5-2 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
- Check the chicken at 1.5 hours to ensure it is fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and set aside.
- Add cornstarch to the sauce in the crockpot and whisk until dissolved.
- Return the shredded chicken to the pot, add sesame seeds, and mix.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
- Serve with white sticky rice, steamed broccoli, and additional sesame seeds.
