Cajun Chicken and Sausage Skillet

chopped red bell pepper

Cajun seasoning

Instructions
- Combine the chicken and sausage in a large bowl and set aside.
- Place the chopped vegetables in a separate bowl and drizzle both bowls with olive oil, then season with the spices.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the sausage and chicken.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink, then remove from the skillet.
- Add the vegetables to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes until they are soft.
- Return the chicken and sausage to the skillet, mix well, and serve.
