Paleo Strawberry Fig Newton Bars

The crust

The filling

dried figs

fresh strawberries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, spraying the inside with oil first.
- In a food processor, blend the filling ingredients until jam-like.
- Mix the crust ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Press half of the crust mixture into the baking dish evenly.
- Spread the filling mixture over the crust.
- Top with the remaining crust mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool completely and cut into 12 squares.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy!
