Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 large cucumber, halved and chopped
  • 1 large fresh pepper, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 small/medium red onion, pickled (optional)
  • ¼ cup assorted olives
  • ¼ cup feta cheese (vegan or traditional)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp fresh cracked pepper (optional)

The dressing

  • 4 tbsp Greek Salad Dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl and gently mix.
  2. For the dressing, combine all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake until well mixed.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
