maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Combine frozen raspberries, blueberries, chia seeds, and orange juice in a mixing bowl.
Cover and let the mixture defrost for about three hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
Once defrosted, mash the mixture to your desired consistency.
Taste and add maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter jam.
Let the mixture rest for about 20 minutes if the chia seeds need more time to absorb moisture.
Store leftover jam in the refrigerator for about 5 days.
