Easy Chia Jam

Instructions
- 1. Add the frozen fruit to a saucepan and heat on low for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2. Once warmed, mash the berries with a fork.
- 3. Stir in the maple syrup.
- 4. Turn off the heat and remove from the burner.
- 5. Mix in the chia seeds and let the mixture sit until it gels.
- 6. Optionally, refrigerate to speed up the gelling process.
