Easy Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 1. Add the frozen fruit to a saucepan and heat on low for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2. Once warmed, mash the berries with a fork.
  3. 3. Stir in the maple syrup.
  4. 4. Turn off the heat and remove from the burner.
  5. 5. Mix in the chia seeds and let the mixture sit until it gels.
  6. 6. Optionally, refrigerate to speed up the gelling process.
