10 Minute Chia Jam

Instructions
- 1. Place the frozen berries in a medium saucepan and heat over medium for 3 minutes, covered.
- 2. Remove the cover and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the fruit is defrosted, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
- 4. Coarsely mash the fruit with a fork or masher.
- 5. Add lemon juice, maple syrup, and chia seeds to the mashed fruit and stir to combine.
- 6. Divide the mixture between 2 one-cup jars and refrigerate for up to two weeks, or freeze for longer storage.
