10-Minute Chia Seed Jam

freshly-squeezed lemon juice

honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the fruit in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until it breaks down.
- Mash the fruit to your desired consistency.
- Stir in the chia seeds and lemon juice, then taste and add sweetener if needed.
- Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Stir again and serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the fridge.
