Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine the fruit and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Simmer the mixture while gently mashing the fruit for 5 to 7 minutes until fully broken down.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds.
  4. Transfer the jam to an airtight jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to thicken.
