Instructions
- Combine the fruit and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Simmer the mixture while gently mashing the fruit for 5 to 7 minutes until fully broken down.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds.
- Transfer the jam to an airtight jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to thicken.
