Instructions
- 1. Place a small saucepan on the stove.
- 2. Add raspberries, coconut oil, maple syrup (if using), and chia seeds to the saucepan.
- 3. Turn the heat to low and mix the ingredients, mashing the raspberries to your liking.
- 4. Stir for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
