Giant Chocolate Chip Fudge Cookie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk the ground flax seed meal with 1 tablespoon of water and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking soda.
- Add the flaxseed mixture to the bowl and mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form the dough into one large ball and place it on the baking sheet.
- Flatten the ball to about ½ inch thick and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 13-14 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to harden.
