Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the flax egg by mixing ground flaxseed meal with 1 tablespoon of water and let it thicken for at least 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking soda.
- Add the flaxseed mixture to the bowl and mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form the dough into a large ball and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Press the cookie down to about ½ inch thick.
- Bake for 13-14 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool to harden.
