Grilled Zucchini Salad

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the zucchini with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the zucchini until charred and slightly softened, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and let cool, then chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped zucchini, tomatoes, chickpeas, remaining olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Toss the mixture, then add basil and goat cheese, stirring gently.
- Season with additional salt and black pepper to taste, then serve.
