Instructions
- Cut or break the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Place a steamer basket over a pot with water and bring to a simmer.
- Add the broccoli to the basket, cover, and steam until fork-tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté chopped garlic until fragrant, adding chili flakes.
- Add lemon zest to the skillet and turn off the heat.
- Combine the steamed broccoli with the garlic mixture in the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
