Ingredients

The salmon

  • 2 lb skin-on salmon filets
  • 4 slices fresh lemon

The seasoning

  • ΒΌ cup homemade cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to high broil and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Pat the salmon filets dry to remove excess moisture.
  3. Season each filet with 1 tablespoon of cajun seasoning and drizzle oil over them.
  4. Broil the salmon for 8 minutes until the seasonings begin to brown.
  5. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon slices.
