Instructions
- Preheat the oven to high broil and prepare a baking sheet.
- Pat the salmon filets dry to remove excess moisture.
- Season each filet with 1 tablespoon of cajun seasoning and drizzle oil over them.
- Broil the salmon for 8 minutes until the seasonings begin to brown.
- Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon slices.
