Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the oats on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 7-10 minutes until light brown and fragrant.
