BBQ Ranch Chicken Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, chicken, quinoa or rice, half of the cheese, red onion, and tomato.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, Greek yogurt or sour cream, chili powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Toss the sauce mixture with the chicken and broccoli mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes and serve warm.
