Strawberry Glazed Sencha Green Tea Doughnuts

Instructions
- Prepare the glaze by smashing strawberries with sugar and letting them sit to draw out juice.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease the doughnut pan.
- Melt butter and steep the sencha green tea bag in it for about ten minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the tea-infused butter, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix in baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt.
- Incorporate half of the flour, then add the milk, followed by the remaining flour until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill the doughnut pan three-quarters full.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until golden and springy, then cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with strawberry juice until smooth, then dip the cooled doughnuts in the glaze.
- Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles immediately and let the glaze set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
