Simply Sauteed Beet Greens

Instructions
- Wash, stem, and slice the beet greens into thin ribbons.
- Heat a medium-sized non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
- Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the beet greens to the pan and gently toss them with the garlic and melted butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the beet greens have wilted, then remove from heat and enjoy.
