Almond Joy Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (171°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, coconut flakes, sugar, salt, and almonds.
- In a small skillet, warm the coconut oil, almond butter, and maple syrup over medium-low heat, then pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on baking sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Watch carefully to prevent burning; the granola is done when it is visibly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Once cooled, add the chopped dark chocolate and toss, or add while warm to melt and coat the granola.
- Store in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks.
