Homemade Almond Joy Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, sliced almonds, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and toss until everything is coated.
- Spread the granola mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Mix in the coconut flakes and dark chocolate chunks after cooling.
