Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then set aside.
- In a stand mixer, beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until no flour is visible.
- Portion the dough into 50-gram balls and roll them in granulated sugar.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
