Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water.
- Heat the milk with sugar, salt, and butter until lukewarm.
- Add the egg to the yeast mixture.
- Combine the yeast mixture, milk mixture, and flour, and stir well.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes using a stand mixer with a dough hook.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and divide it into 18 balls.
- Cover and let rise for 25 minutes.
- Spray a cast-iron skillet with baking spray and arrange the dough balls.
- Sprinkle kosher salt over the rolls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
