Sweet Chili Baked Salmon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Heat a small saucepan over medium-high heat and add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add honey, water, cloves, ginger, and red pepper flakes to the pan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer, add arrowroot, and whisk until dissolved. Simmer for 2 minutes and then remove from heat.
- Let the sauce rest for 5 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon skin-side down on it.
- Reserve about ¼ cup of the sauce and brush the remaining sauce onto the flesh side of the salmon.
- Bake the salmon for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, pour the reserved sauce on top, and garnish with green onions before serving.
