Instructions
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, cheddar, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Use clean hands to mix the ingredients gently and form one large ball.
- Spoon out the mixture to form about 10 smaller meatballs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer without stacking them.
- Cook the meatballs at 360 degrees for 8 minutes.
- Open the air fryer and flip the meatballs.
- Continue cooking for an additional 5-8 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Remove the meatballs and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
