Ingredients

The meat mixture

  • 2 pounds ground turkey or ground beef or ground pork
  • 1 cup bread crumbs or panko or rolled oats
  • cup onion, minced
  • ½ cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

For cooking

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, eggs, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients well using a spatula or your hands.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, aiming for about 48 meatballs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  5. Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket, brush with oil, and cook for about 8 minutes, turning them after 5 minutes.
  6. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Transfer the cooked meatballs to a serving plate and repeat with the remaining mixture.
