Salted Peanut Butter Pretzel M&M'S Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla and egg, and beat until combined.
- Mix the dry ingredients together, then add to the dough.
- Incorporate the pretzels and Mini M&M’s into the dough.
- Gently mix in the Peanut Butter M&M’s by hand.
- Scoop the dough into 1½-inch balls and place them on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes until the edges are set and lightly golden.
- Sprinkle with salt while still hot, then cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
