Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, vinegar, and salt & pepper until combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, place the thawed peas and add the dressing, stirring to coat.
- Add the crumbled bacon, cheddar cubes, and chopped scallions to the peas and dressing, stirring until thoroughly combined.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
