Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- In a stand mixer, combine melted butter and sugars until mixed well.
- Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, then stir in butterscotch chips.
- Press half of the dough into the prepared pan, drizzle salted caramel sauce over it, then top with the remaining dough.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the top and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack, cut into squares, and serve.
