Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 pan.
- In a small bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg and coconut sugar together.
- Add the melted coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and pour into the greased pan.
- In a small saucepan, combine almond butter, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and almond milk, and bring to a slow boil while whisking frequently.
- Once bubbling, cook for two minutes, then remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and salt.
- Pour half of the caramel over the unbaked blondies and swirl it with a knife.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the blondies cool completely before topping with the remaining caramel and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
