Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, milk, brown sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: white whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and blueberries until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into a lined muffin pan and sprinkle a bit of brown sugar on top of each muffin.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
