Instructions
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic, then sauté them in olive oil until soft.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until fully browned.
- Drain the beans and add them to the pot along with diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and water.
- Stir in all the seasoning ingredients until well combined.
- Cover the pot and let it simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning if needed before serving with your favorite toppings.
