Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a medium bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Spread the green beans evenly over the baking sheet.
- Roast the beans for 20-25 minutes or until crispy but not burned.
- While the beans are cooking, whisk together the spicy mayonnaise ingredients.
