Cinnamon Swirl Oven Pancake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla, and 2 Tbsp melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed, then let sit for five minutes.
- Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing 1 Tbsp melted butter with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Heat 1 Tbsp butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat until sizzling, then coat the skillet.
- Pour the pancake batter into the skillet, drizzle the cinnamon mixture on top, and swirl it in.
- Bake in the oven for about 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Slice into eight pieces and serve.
