Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Spread the tater tots on a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes, then set aside.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350°F.
- Brown the meat and onion in a skillet, adding spices and soy sauce until the meat is cooked through.
- Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray and add the meat mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Layer the frozen veggies over the meat mixture.
- Mix the two cans of soup and spread over the veggies.
- Sprinkle 2 cups of cheese over the soup layer.
- Arrange the tater tots on top to cover the surface.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until bubbling.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and return to the oven to melt.
- Let stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
