Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1 package (32 ounce) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, celery, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over medium-high heat until the beef is browned, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and green beans into the beef mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with frozen tater tots.
  6. Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes until bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
