Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F.
- Place the popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Stir in the brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt, and bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
- Boil without stirring for 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the baking soda and vanilla extract.
- Pour the caramel over the popcorn in a thin stream, stirring to coat.
- Spread the popcorn on two large baking sheets and bake, stirring every 15 minutes, for about an hour.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Break the popcorn into pieces and mix in the chopped Twix candy bars.
- Drizzle the popcorn with melted chocolate and let sit until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
