Ingredients

The smoothie

  • cup pumpkin puree
  • cup plain coconut milk yogurt
  • cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 ripe banana preferably frozen
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt

Optional Add-Ins

  • ground flax seeds
  • vanilla protein powder
  • ground turmeric
  • tiny pinch cayenne pepper
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, almond butter, and extra coconut yogurt on top if desired.
