Instructions
- Slice the banana and lay the pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet; freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Add the frozen banana slices, pumpkin puree, yogurt, milk, flaxseed, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if necessary to reach desired consistency.
