Instructions
- Add cold heavy whipping cream to a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.
- Beat the cream on medium-high speed for 3-4 minutes until medium peaks form.
- Add sugar and vanilla bean paste, then continue beating for another minute until stiffer peaks form.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
