Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and lime zest, then press into the prepared pan, extending the crust mixture one inch up the sides.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and allow it to cool completely.
- Once cooled, mix the egg yolks and condensed milk until well combined, then stir in the lime juice.
- Pour the filling into the crust, ensuring it reaches the edges, and bake for 15 minutes or until just set.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
