Lime and Coconut Crumble Bars

The filling

sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Cream together the butter and brown sugar in a large bowl, then mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until crumbly.
- Stir in oats and coconut until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Press 2 cups of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, then pour the lime mixture on top.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the lime mixture to cover it completely.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely before cutting into squares.
