Instructions
- Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl and add salt to taste.
- In a small saucepan, mix honey and sugar, then bring to a boil and simmer for about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Biscoff spread and vanilla extract until melted.
- Pour the Biscoff mixture over the popcorn and stir gently to coat.
- Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet, add chopped Biscoff cookies, and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Allow to sit until the chocolate hardens, then enjoy.
